Strategic Audit

Goals:
With a certain simplification we can say that strategic audit "starts", where SWOT analysis "ends". It has two phases:

1. Analytical phase: diagnosis of the current state

1.1. External strategic audit: analysis of the effectiveness of taking advantage of opportunities and decreasing or eliminating threats in the external environment. During external strategic audit we analyze remote, industry and operational (working, competitive) environment of the company. In doing so we use analysis of current and potential business space and the empathy map.

1.2. Internal strategic audit: analysis of the effectiveness of taking advantage of company strenghts and decreasing or eliminating its weaknesses. During internal strategic audit we use Porter's generic value chain (analysis of its primary and support activities), value curve (strategic profile) of products and services and customer journey map (customer touch points).

1.3. Amalysis of competitive position: analysis of the competitive position of the company and of its strongest and most dangerous competitors in key success factors in our industry.

2. Formulation and implementation of strategic goals

2.1. Formulation and implementation of strategic goals and key strategies for improving the current competitive position of the company, for developing and sustaining its core competencies and competitive advantages and for securing its long-term success.

2.2. Action review (U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force): preparation for action and post action analysis of what happened, why it happened, how could we do it even better in the future and what can we learn from it. By means of before action review we can prepare very well for all big chalenges, risks, problems, obstacles, barriers and blocks of formulation and implementation of business strategy - and for evercoming or removing them. By means of after action review we can significantly increase the effectiveness of our individual, group and organizational learning in the area of business strategy. In the contemporary turbulent VUCA world (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity) it will create for us an enormous competitive advantage.

Other Audits and Surveys with a Follow-Up Feedback (Survey Feedback) and Coaching.
Strategic audit of a company may be complemented, if necessary, by other specialized audits and surveys, such as management audit, leadership audit, survey of opinions and attitudes of employees concerning selected aspects of company functioning, employee satisfaction survey, etc. The processed data are made available, besides the management, to all respondents at feedback meetings. All respondents can participate, within their work groups and organizational units, in diagnosing and solving company problems and in developing proposals leading to its strategic and organization development.

We also offer a 360-degree feedback, which enables managers to get acquainted with their assessment by their superior and with mean assessments by their peers and subordinates. They can subsequently compare their assessments with mean assessments of all managers in their company and may use them to develop action plans to increase effectiveness of their work - i.e. their individual development plans. Individual assessment results will be fed back only to the assessed manager and to nobody else. We can help the assessed managers to analyze and interpret their feedback data, to formulate their individual development plans and achieve its goals, by individual consulting and coaching.
