Goals:
Creating a common knowledge and skill base and laying foundations for future strategic and organization development of the company aimed at securing its long-term success, developing and sustaining its core competencies and competitive advantages and improving its competitive position.

Content:
The training program Building a Successful Company was designed according to the skill profile of effective global top and upper managers. Eighteen training modules were divided into three core thematic areas. Content of the training program will be "tailor made" to meet the needs and requirements of every client.
